Hi, I'm Vanille. For more than 10 years, my work has bridged body–mind practices with a deep interest in resilience, emotional intelligence, and human potential, through thousands of classes, workshops, and retreats across the globe.
What moves me most is witnessing how, through breath, stillness, and mindful movement, people rediscover trust in themselves and their lives. I have guided thousands of students through stress, burnout, and emotional turbulence, offering practices that restore balance to the nervous system and open space for renewal, clarity, and courage.
Today, I also dedicate my work to training new yoga teachers and leaders who want to embody these qualities in their own lives and communities. Teaching yoga for me is not only about postures—it is about cultivating resilience, compassion, and a deeper sense of belonging, both within ourselves and with others.
