About Vanille

Vanille Simeon has spent twenty years across four countries exploring one question: how do we make sense of ourselves — body, mind, and story — even when life shakes us to the core?

A Sorbonne-trained graduate, yoga and mindfulness teacher with more than 2000hrs worldwide, sophrology therapist, lead trainer and retreat facilitator, she brings a rare combination of scientific rigour, embodied practice, and hard-won personal experience to everything she teaches.

Her teaching style is compassionate, precise, and grounded. Whether she's guiding a roomful of yoga students through a challenging flow or training therapists to integrate somatic practices into their work, Vanille meets people where they are — and helps them find what's next.

This teacher training reflects her belief that great yoga teaching comes from understanding the whole picture: anatomy and alignment, yes — but also the nervous system, the art of holding space, and the courage to step into our own voice.
