Feedback from past participants of the Yin Yoga Teacher Training
"The way you create a safe space is admirable. You have a great gift in the way you see the person and give motivation and space for personal growth."
— Janni
"This course has given me so much more than I dreamt of."
— Lotte
"Vanille holds a loving safe space for us as students. It felt very safe to practice teaching and felt okay making mistakes as seeing it as a natural part of developing and growing into teaching."
— Participant, 2023 Training
Vanille Simeon has spent twenty years across four countries exploring one question: how do we make sense of ourselves — body, mind, and story — even when life shakes us to the core?
A Sorbonne-trained graduate, yoga and mindfulness teacher with more than 2000hrs worldwide, sophrology therapist, lead trainer and retreat facilitator, she brings a rare combination of scientific rigour, embodied practice, and hard-won personal experience to everything she teaches.
Her teaching style is compassionate, precise, and grounded. Whether she's guiding a roomful of yoga students through a challenging flow or training therapists to integrate somatic practices into their work, Vanille meets people where they are — and helps them find what's next.
This teacher training reflects her belief that great yoga teaching comes from understanding the whole picture: anatomy and alignment, yes — but also the nervous system, the art of holding space, and the courage to step into our own voice.
The yoga room is bright and inviting, with the most wonderful yoga energy. You'll find all the props you need. It's situated 30 sec. walk from the train stop.

Yes, it is. As a matter of fact, most of the students, whether they wanted to teach or not afterwards, reported how much of a personal growth this journey had been for them, and we hope it will be the same for you!
